Peel with a neutral anodized aluminum head and a light blue anodized handle. It is lighter than classic models but extremely robust, with an oval tubular handle to enhance stability. The lightweight and flexible head allows for a spatula effect with special ribs that ensure a secure hold; the neutral anodizing makes the surface uniform and protects it from oxidation; the gentle and regular milling facilitates the pizza sliding on. The head-handle joint is formed by overlapping the two elements, secured by three large in-line rivets that guarantee safety and immovability, and the absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle provides greater comfort of use. The slotted perforations provide low friction and release flour, preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza and risking burning.
