Peel with a neutral anodized aluminum head and a light blue anodized handle. It has a reduced weight compared to classic models but extreme sturdiness with an oval tubular handle to promote stability. The lightweight and flexible head allows for a spatula effect with special ribs that ensure grip; the neutral anodization makes the surface uniform and protects it from oxidation; the gentle and regular milling facilitates the sliding of the pizza onto the peel. The head-handle joint consists of the overlapping of the two elements secured by three large in-line rivets that guarantee safety and immovability; furthermore, the absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle provides greater comfort of use. The slotting provides low friction and discharges flour, preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza and risking burning.
