STER UV 16W - Made entirely of AISI 430 stainless steel. - Smoked plexiglass door, 48 cm high, that perfectly seals the chamber. - Fully removable transparent plexiglass knife rack for easier cleaning, allowing knives to be sterilized without needing to be turned. - 24W model with an exclusive drip tray, integrated with the knife rack. - Mercury vapor lamps with metal mesh protection. - Safety microswitch that turns off the lamps when the door is opened and turns them on when closed. - Special courtesy light for the 24W model, which only turns on if the switch is in the “ON” position and the timer is at “0”.
